Achievement oriented, Dr. Johnson had become a well-compensated human resource administrator in higher education. She loved her work, had a lucrative livelihood and beautiful campus surroundings. Willingly, she answered God’s call to full-time ministry, went back to her roots in music to step forward to minister in word and song on the world-wide mission field.
